Custom Gunsmithing

1. Is it safe to ship my firearm to your business for service?

Yes! Many of our clients ship us their weapon for service. We ask that you follow a couple of easy steps to insure your firearm arrives safely and in good condition.

A. Firearms should be sent in a well padded hard case and enclosed in cardboard. Do not indicate on the outside of the box that there is a firearm inside!

B. Insure your package with the shipper of your choice and make sure an Adult or Direct Signature is required for drop off.

2. What is the expected turn around time for my gun?

Being a gun owner and shooter myself I understand the importance of a quick turn around. That being said, a lot depends on the type of services you are requesting, availablity of parts, and the number of clients ahead of you. My general rule is within 30 days.

3. I called your number but just get your voice mail.

I make every attempt to answer calls as they come in, however sometimes it just isn't practical with shop noise and prompt turn around for clients. If you don't get me, please leave a message! I will return your call no later than the end of the next business day.

4. Can I ship my gun to you directly? Do I need an FFL? Can someone else ship you my gun and you ship it to me after the repair?

Yes, you can ship your gun to me directly; you do not need an FFL. However your gun has to be shipped back to the name and address it was shipped from.
